PAYMENT TERMS

  1. WWC is committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.

  1. To purchase an Item please place your order via email at orders@whatwecherish.com.

  1. WWC accepts Instant EFT, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal as a payment option and is available to ABSA, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank, Capitec and Investec. WWC also accepts Paystack as a payment option which supports payments made from the following card types: Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

  1. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that his/her respective bank supports the method in which payment is effected.

  1. For EFT payments, these are processed by your bank and provide a secure transfer for immediate payment. Your order status will be updated once payments reflects in the nominated WWC account.

  1. For debit card and credit card payments, WWC may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases WWC is entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by WWC and authorisation is obtained by WWC for the amounts. If WWC does not receive authorisation the Customer’s order for the products/items will be cancelled.

  1. The Customer warrants that he/she/it is fully authorised to use the debit and/or credit card supplied for purposes of paying for the products/items. The Customer also warrants that the debit and/or credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the WWC website.

  1. Your order remains valid as an offer until we issue our Confirmation of Order email.

  1. WWC shall not be obliged to supply the product to you unless your order has been accepted.

  1. Unless expressly stating that WWC accepts your order, an email, letter or other acknowledgement by us is purely for information purposes and does not constitute the confirmation of an order.

  1. WWC will, at all times do our best to ensure that the price given to you is accurate, but the price of your order will need to be validated by WWC as part of our acceptance procedure. If the price for the order changes before we accept your order, WWC will contact you and ask you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the amended price.

  1. Please be aware that risks exist when using Instant EFT as a payment option. WWC has taken all of the necessary precautions to minimise risk for the customer, however, there do exist fraudulent third parties who may intercept your payment and/or obtain your banking details, please ensure that you remain vigilant and confirm all the necessary details.

  1. WWC will not be liable for any fraudulent interceptions. If the purchase price is not paid to us due to interception by fraudulent parties, or any other reason, we unfortunately will not proceed with the order.
