A simple desire to weave together dreams and memories through the ancient craft of stitching cloth inspired Isobel Sippel’s family business more than two decades ago. Whether it’s painting and hand-dying top-quality fabrics in the kitchen or spending hours stitching by hand or sewing in the studio, each step of the Cape Town-based studio production is homely. Every piece has a special touch, is part of a limited edition, and is made in small production runs utilising traditional textile techniques and detailed stitch work.
