DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Items are not necessarily consolidated and may arrive at different times.

  1. Timelines will depend on the nature of your product. While WWC makes every effort to meet any date or time specified for the manufacture or delivery of goods, all dates and times provided by WWC or its suppliers are estimates only. WWC is reliant on the stock availability of its suppliers and/or manufacturers, should the ordered item not be stock, the delivery time could be longer than the estimated delivery time.

    Please read the additional information in the cart of the product to know the estimated production time until dispatch.

  1. Production of any order will only commence on receipt of an official order from and payment from a customer. Full payment of the price and delivery charges is required before products will be delivered or collected. The product remains the property of WWC until payment is received in full in respect of all applicable charges.

  1. Orders will be shipped internationally to an address within the United States, Mexico, Europe and the United Kingdom. All other countries will have to be quoted individually.

SHIPPING TYPES:

  1. Parcel Delivery (FedEx)

    1.  Delivery to your delivery address is available for most items, including furniture and oversized Items.
    2. WWC utilises FedEx International Priority Shipment and FedEx Priority International Freight for all our shipments.
    3. Please note that for all products that are considered freight, a request for a shipment quotation will need to be sent to WWC. WWC will provide a quote to each customer for shipment charges according to the item ordered.
  1. Rate Fee Delivery

    1. Furniture and oversized Items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits are delivered to your physical delivery address.
    2. A custom delivery fee will be quoted to each customer for all countries outside the country list provided by WWC.

ACCESSORY ITEMS:

  1. All in-stock orders are processed and shipped for delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

BEAUTY ITEMS:

  1. All in-stock orders are processed and shipped for delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

DÉCOR ITEMS:

  1. Manufacturing lead time 10-12 working days. Thereafter 2 – 7 business days via courier service for domestic deliveries.

LARGER ITEMS AND FURNITURE:

  1. Manufacturing lead time 3 – 8 weeks. Thereafter,

  1. For domestic deliveries:

    • 2 – 7 business days via courier delivery to your physical delivery address for domestic deliveries.

    • Delivery hours are between 09h00-17h00 Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

  1. For international deliveries:

    • 5 – 7 business days via International Priority shipping pending customs.

    • 7 – 10 business days via International Priority Freight pending customs.

    • Delivery hours for international deliveries will be confirmed by WWC via the email address provided by the customer.

  1. Delivery quotations may be increased if:

    • The courier has to collect or deliver the goods above a second floor

  • The stairs, lifts or doorways at which the courier must uplift or deliver the Customers goods are inadequate for easy delivery.

  • The road or approach are unsuitable for the courier service vehicles, unless the Customer advised us in writing of these problems before we prepared the quotation.

NOTES ON DELIVERIES

  1. Furniture items are delivered separately to other items.

  1. Please ensure sufficient space to receive the goods upon delivery.

  1. WWC and our Couriers are not able to hoist goods onto balconies in office or apartment complexes.

  1. Some Items shipped directly from our suppliers may take longer as many are made to order, and Items ordered together may not arrive in the same delivery. Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include surcharges (VAT and Duties) that may apply to some Items. All shipping rates will be displayed at checkout excluding Taxes and Duties.*

  1. Upon delivery of your Order a delivery note will be issued for signature, reflecting the Items that are being delivered or collected. Our Couriers will always provide you with an opportunity to inspect the Items before you accept delivery. Any failure to do so shall be at the customer’s risk and may compromise your ability to return an Item due to defects.

  1. You undertake to check that the Items being delivered are correct and are free from any defects. Where there is an issue with the Items detected after acceptance of the Order, you should notify us via email (orders@whatwecherish.com) or by logging a return form on the WWC website, without delay and within 10 days after delivery in order for us to be aware of any issues with the Items.

  1. In the event that such late notice of defects is acceptable to WWC, arrangements may be made for the items to be returned for repairs. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

  1. Although reasonable care shall be taken, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery details that have been provided to us, or if an unauthorised person at your chosen delivery address accepts delivery of your Order, as we do not verify the identity of the person at the delivery address who signs the delivery note.

  1. WWC assumes no liability for Orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such Orders will be the responsibility of the customer. If Items are refused upon delivery at an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item.

  1. All risk in the Items shall pass to the customer upon delivery.
